On the middle Saturday, we attended the science disco. I went as rainbow fish, Moriah as a mole and Shaun as Albert Einstein. It was a fantastic night, but I unfortunately got hit by accident and fractured my sternum. After a visit to the hospital and a relaxing day with our Rotarian families, we returned to our final week at the forum. Read more

We have been so busy over the last five days there has been absolutely no time for a blog entry! We are currently at the forum, learning and interacting with other young and passionate students. Two days ago, we went to a beautiful beach called Smith's Beach and the Nobbies at Phillips Island. We ate a delicious dinner of fish and chips (which was actually shark) in a small beach town called Cowes. We were then fortunate enough to see the Penguin Parade, when the Little Penguins make their march onto land after a long day of fishing off the coast of Phillip's Island. Read more

Here's another photo taken yesterday at Clealand Conservation Park. Today, we are heading to the beach at Port Elliot. We get to spend the entire day soaking up the sun and enjoying a beautiful Australian beach! We are leaving soon, so the sunscreen is being slathered on and lunches are being packed. Read more

Yesterday, after a beautiful walk through the rainforest by the Blue Mountains in Sydney, we drove to the airport for our flight to Adelaide. After a few flight malfunctions (as the Sydney Airport is infamously known for), we boarded our Qantas flight to Adelaide. Upon landing, we excitedly greeted Kristina and went on a driving tour of the city. We then unpacked, and went to bed. Read more

Here we are in Australia! Over the past few days we have been all over Sydney! We have been snorkeling in Botany Bay (which was absolutely gorgeous) and were able to see some of Australia's unique aquatic life. We also ate hamburgers with pineapple and fried egg, a little different than we were used to, but they were delicious. Read more
